Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to drive growth in the Away From Home contract catering channel across the UK. You will manage key partnerships with Elior, Entegra (Sodexo) and Aramark, shaping PepsiCo's execution strategy and delivering commercial objectives across workplace, education, healthcare, defence and leisure catering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer business plans for key partners (Elior, Entegra/Sodexo, Aramark) aligned to AFH growth.
• Identify opportunities to drive volume, revenue and market share in contract catering.
• Develop customer-specific growth strategies using insights and category trends.
• Drive distribution gains, menu penetration and portfolio expansion across sites.
• Lead negotiations, annual plans and joint business discussions with customers.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, culinary and operations to unlock opportunities.
• Monitor performance and address risks to accelerate growth.
• Lead PepsiCo innovation within Contract Catering and explore new routes to market.
