Job summary

Webgains Global is seeking a confident, dynamic affiliate marketing professional to deliver exemplary service to advertisers and publishers and drive performance marketing programs. You will own accounts, manage relationships, run QBRs, negotiate bespoke exposure packages, recruit publishers, and collaborate across Manchester, London and Bristol offices with two days from home.

Salary starts at £30,000+ depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and a living wage employer.

Qualifications

• Experience in affiliate marketing.
• Proven ability to own QBRs and present insights.
• Experience with budget management to ensure ROI.
• Ability to plan annually with long-range forecasts and KPIs.
• Experience delivering multi-layered tailored client solutions.
• Experience reviewing campaign performance and adjusting placements.
• Ability to analyse data from diverse sources to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong decision making aligned with company goals and best practices.
• Deliver excellent service and relationship management to clients and publishers.
• Own delivery and service levels for assigned accounts; provide insights to Director of Client Services.
• Develop and extend relationships across portfolio via daily communication and quarterly strategy sessions.
• Negotiate bespoke exposure packages for own portfolio and Webgains team.
• Conduct off-platform recruitment in line with program specifications.
• Advise advertisers on tactical and strategic aims of their online marketing programs.
