Job summary

Ellipsis, a UK-based AI search agency, seeks an Accounts Lead to own client relationships across a growing B2B tech portfolio. You will drive renewals, expansions, referrals, and case studies, shaping the client narrative and coordinating with strategy and sales. This senior role reports to the MD/Founder and is remote with UK/EU overlap.

Qualifications

• Marketing or SEO agency experience is helpful.
• You should be commercially confident and able to run a renewal and ask for expansion.
• You will need to defend analyses and hold the room with technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationships and tell the story of what we do, why, and the impact.
• Run the weekly communication rhythm with clients via Slack and email.
• Lead renewals and expansions, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Strategy and Sales teams.
• Attend top client calls and ensure internal alignment for ongoing performance.
