Job summary

DFYNE is seeking an experienced Accounting & Treasury Director to own the accounting, controls and treasury agenda across the business from DFYNE HQ in Uddingston. You’ll lead accounting, treasury and finance operations, building a scalable, high‑performing function to support rapid growth.

You will manage month‑end and year‑end closes, strengthen governance, optimize cash flow and liquidity, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decisions while maintaining robust financial

Qualifications

• Significant financial accounting and controls experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience at senior management level with CFO/executive/Board interaction.
• Strong technical accounting expertise with policy application in scaling businesses.
• Ownership of month-end, year-end, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Strong treasury capabilities including cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking, FX and working capital.
• Finance systems expertise including ERP, treasury, consolidation, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, treasury and finance operations across the business.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with accurate reporting.
• Strengthen governance, controls, policies and risk management.
• Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning.
• Support financing activities, lender reporting and capital structure decisions.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
