Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, seeks a hands‑on Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee the accounting function behind a leading B2B performance marketing agency. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll run close, reporting, controls and treasury, while having FP&A responsibilities.

This remote‑first role supports global operations, with reports and budgets across departments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position in performance marketing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and management systems; tax planning experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive budgets, forecasts and strategic cost management.

Responsabilités

• Close and Reporting: 5 day GAAP‑compliant close and deliver P&L reports.
• Treasury: manage cash and 13‑week cash flow forecasts; oversee banking relationships.
• FP&A: build models to analyze growth investments and EBITDA impact; lead cost discipline.
