Qualifications

• 5–8+ years’ experience in treasury and financial operations.
• At least 3 years in UK recruitment, HR outsourcing, or contractor payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience across cash management and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
• Own UK banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Build and maintain compliant UK contractor payroll operations.
