Job summary

Faith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing sales team. You will focus on building trusted client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities and delivering commercial success across a portfolio of products and services.

From regular CRM usage to proactive outreach, you’ll manage a healthy sales pipeline, conduct consultative conversations by phone, video and in person, and collaborate with colleagues across the business to maximise growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and motivated by achieving targets.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using CRM systems to manage activity and opportunities.
• Willing and able to travel regularly to attend client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective CRM management.
• Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations via phone, video and face-to-face meetings.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and client meetings to generate revenue and strengthen relationships.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple business areas to maximise opportunities.
• Ensure accurate administration, forecasting and reporting.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused approach at all times.
