Job summary

RE Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing business in Evesham to recruit a Stores & Warehouse Operative on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will handle goods in and goods out, including picking and packing, carry out assembly and rework, operate a forklift, and support stock movement. The role requires prior warehouse experience, good communication, teamwork, and an proactive, independent approach. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Good communication skills and a strong team-player mentality.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The ability to work independently and use their initiative.
• Good computer literacy, with forklift experience/licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Completing goods in and goods out activities, including picking and packing.
• Carrying out assembly and rework of products.
• Operating a forklift and supporting the movement and consolidation of stock.
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and running efficiently.
• Completing general warehouse duties as required to ensure goods are received and dispatched correctly and on time.

Our client, a well-established business within the manufacturing industry, based in Evesham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Stores & Warehouse Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis due to continued business growth.

The successful Stores & Warehouse Operative should have:
