SWFT Clinical Services Ltd is seeking a Stores Supervisor for Warwick Hospital to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on stock control, materials management and delivering cost efficiencies in line with departmental objectives.

The post reports to the Assistant Head of Stores and Supply Chain and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle heavy cargo, and a driving licence for site coverage across SWFT facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in stock control or materials management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organise workload.
• Excellent communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to the Stores/Supply Chain leadership.
• Oversee the Main Stores, Material Management and Theatre Stores teams.
• Attend meetings, organise agendas, take notes and follow up actions.
• Ensure sickness absence is recorded and managed, recruit onboarding and training as required.
