The Clancy Group is hiring for a Stock Controller to join our store network across the UK. You will ensure stock is stored safely, easy to locate, and accurately recorded in our stock management system.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, checking them against orders, maintaining inventory levels, organising stores areas to meet health and safety standards, and supporting operational teams with timely stock.

Qualifikationen

• Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with accuracy.
• Customer-focused and safety-conscious in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships with internal teams and suppliers to source parts and place orders.
• Receive and check deliveries, resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Record all stock movements in the stock management system and label/store items correctly.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively replenish to meet requirements.
• Support stock counts and audits across depots and mobile locations.
• Keep stores areas organized, safe and compliant with H&S standards.
• Provide responsive, customer-focused service to operational teams.
