Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency in Salisbury is seeking a Stores Person / Forklift Driver to manage goods in and goods out in a busy warehouse. You will enjoy a 1pm finish every Friday and a clear route to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading vehicles, checking paperwork, and safely operating a counterbalance forklift. Monday to Friday days, with no night shifts and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment.
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles (preferred).
• A reliable, self-motivated approach, using your own initiative with minimal supervision.
• A good level of spoken and written English, for safety briefings and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Handling goods in and goods out accurately so stock keeps moving.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Checking incoming goods each morning against the paperwork.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely around the site.
• Supporting production work when the workload needs it.

Stores Operative | Salisbury | £13.50 per hour

Earn £13.50 per hour as a Stores Person / Forklift Driver, with a 1pm finish every Friday and a clear chance to go permanent.
You'll run goods in and goods out for a well-run warehouse, and you'll be trusted to get on with it.
