Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Group is seeking a Stores Operative / Forklift Driver in Salisbury to run goods in and goods out and keep stock moving. You’ll enjoy a 1pm finish every Friday and a clear route to permanent employment, with overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays.

This temp-to-perm role offers Monday to Friday days only, no night shifts, and an immediate start. You’ll have day-to-day trust and the freedom to manage your own workload as part of a well-run warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehouse or logistics.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Handling goods in and goods out to keep stock moving.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Checking incoming goods each morning against paperwork.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely around the site.
• Supporting production work when workload requires.

Stores Operative | Salisbury | £13.50 per hour

Earn £13.50 per hour as a Stores Person / Forklift Driver , with a 1pm finish every Friday and a clear chance to go permanent.

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles (preferred)
• A reliable, self-motivated approach, using your own initiative with minimal supervision
• A good level of spoken and written English, for safety briefings and paperwork
