Ensignbus is seeking a motivated Stores Person for our Purfleet depot to efficiently manage vehicle parts, materials and fuel stocks to support engineers on site.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries and maintain an organised stores area while building strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues. Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT literacy and familiarity with stock systems.
• UK driving licence beneficial but not essential.

Position: Stores Person

Location:Juliette Way, Purfleet-on-Thames, South Ockendon RM15 4YF

Ensignbus is the multi award bus company running the majority of bus services in Thurrock as well as operating Rail Replacement services, Private Charter services for schools, football teams, and corporate clients and extensive use of heritage vehicles from our depot in Purfleet. In addition, we are one of the largest second-hand bus dealers in the UK and carry out bespoke conversion and refurbishment work for clients of all kinds.

We are now looking for a motivated and dedicated Stores Person to join the busy team at our Ensignbus Depot in Purfleet. If you have commercial vehicle parts advisory/stockmanagement experience, then we'd love to hear from you! We can also provide full training and support where required.

Key Details:

• £ 31,455.75 annual salary
• Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
• 40 hours per week

As a Stores Person you will be responsible for the management of vehicle parts, materials and fuel stocks and ensure that these are all readily available for engineers at the depot in order to support their operational requirements. You will monitor stock and deliveries and ensure an organised and secure stores department. You will be organised and efficient while building great relationships with team members and suppliers, supporting the Engineering Manager and reporting into the Head of Stores in your role.

What We're Looking For

• Do you have strong organisational skills and an attention to detail?
• Do you have a good degree of IT literacy?
• Do you have a valid UK driving license? Not essential but beneficial
