Stores Administrator Job at Stannah - Join the Team !

We are looking for a Stores Person to join the team at our Stannah Branch in Dartford Branch.

As a stores person, you will make sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery and warehouse system, efficiently and safely.

We are looking for an individual who has worked in an office environment and with stock management.

As a stores person you must be able to demonstrate you are organised and logical in your approach to work.

This is a great role for an experienced individual to join Stannah, as part of a team. Ideally you will be highly motivated and be able to demonstrate that you can use Excel, Word and Outlook in the role of Stores Person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control of warranty and quarantined parts, returning to supplier
  • Maintaining stock levels
  • Compiling stock issues for reporting
  • Processing and dispatching parts orders
  • Processing of engineer’s stock sheets
  • Creating purchase orders
  • Ordering of engineers PPE

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
