Orion Electrotech Ltd is partnered with a well-established aerospace and defence manufacturer to hire a Stores Person on a long-term contract. The role offers premium overtime rates and a hands-on, site-based environment, with regular material handling and stock control duties.

The position requires experience in manufacturing/engineering and familiarity with MRP systems; a forklift license is desirable. Monday to Thursday shifts with generous overtime options are included.

We're working with a well-established business specialising in manufacturing within the aerospace and defence industry. They are currently looking to add a Stores Person to their team; this Stores Person role offers the opportunity to join a well-established business on a long-term contract basis, as well as premium overtime rates.

Role and Responsibilities

• Kitting
• Stock Taking
• Use of MRP systems
• Transporting of materials
• Manual handling

Key Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering.
• Knowledge of MRP systems.
• Desirable: Forklift LicenseThis is an active, hands-on role involving regular movement around the workplace and the moving and handling of boxes throughout the day.

What They Can Offer You

• Rate: £13.00 per hour.
• Premium Rate Overtime Available up to £26.00 per hour.
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Thursday 7:45 - 4:30, Friday - 7:#removed#.
• Long term rolling contracts and permanent positions are available.
