We have an exciting opportunity for a Stores Operative to cover maternity leave on our day shift at Ashbourne!

Job Details

Job Title: Stores Operative

Location: Ashbourne

Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all stock is available to meet production plans and targets.
• Handle outgoing finished products safely and promptly.
• Load/unload lorries as required, ensuring correct deliveries and completing all relevant paperwork and computer systems.
• Liaise with departments to anticipate stock and packaging requirements and restock in a timely manner.
• Supply raw and retail departments with cleaning implements and chemicals as needed.
• Maintain safe working practices, keeping the area and equipment clean, tidy, and safe.
• Actively seek to reduce environmental impact through waste reduction, recycling, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

• Good written and verbal English skills.
• Driving license is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and punctual.
• Team player capable of following instructions efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
