Job Description:

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity in the Birmingham area to join the Engineering Stores Team based at Mondelez Cadbury's Bournville. We are looking for a dynamic person to be part of a well-balanced team offering support to Mondelez personnel & management.

The team member will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and possess a positive attitude.

Working Pattern:

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock replenishment with on-site vending machines.
• Goods inwards receipting.
• Stock issuing / stock returns.
• Perpetual stocktakes.
• Bi-weekly consignment stock audits.
• Hatch service – dealing with various stock requests from Mondelez personnel.
• Creating new stock requests via Global Pega Application.
• Coordinating 3rd party MRO repairs.
• Managing RMA returns for Rockwell Engineering, Markem, Schubert, Russell Finex, Electrotech.
• Continuous improvement of housekeeping (5S).
• Handling chemical IBC 1000L deliveries in the chemical zone.
• Heavy lifting in accordance with manual handling procedures.
• Using POEP trucks with onsite training provided.

Key Skills:

• Experience in a similar role within a stores environment.
• Familiarity with MRO stores is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with SAP stores software, Microsoft Excel, and Word is advantageous.
