Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe Ruskington is seeking a Goods-In Operative to join our team. You will ensure accurate receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming materials, and support stock control with the QA team to manage non-conforming materials.

You will use our electronic stock systems, record traceability, and support daily operations while maintaining a clean, well-organised site. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

We have exciting opportunities for Goods-In Operative to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe Ruskington!

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about maintaining high standards in stock control and raw material inspection? We’re looking for a Goods-In Operative to join our team who are committed to operational excellence and safety at our site.

As a Goods-In Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock within our stores area using our electronic stock system. You’ll carry out detailed inspections of incoming materials, ensure traceability, and work closely with the QA team to manage non-conforming products. You’ll also support daily operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a clean and well-organised working environment.

Key information

• Competitive Rates of Pay
• Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Shift: 5/7 (Mainly between Monday to Saturday with occasional Sundays if required)
• Hours: 06:00 am - 14:00 pm
