We are working with a highly reputable company based in Doncaster, who are looking to add a Stores Operative to their team due to a busy work order book.
This is a permanent position after a successful 12-week period, with a 4-day working week in a forward-thinking, growing company that is well established with a good reputation. The role includes pension contributions and is easily accessible.
The role of the Stores Operative is to provide good stock management on all points of contact. This includes receipt of goods, booking in, locating, picking, and issuing stock. You will ensure the picking process is completed as required to meet the production plan, communicate issues to the Team Leader or Head of Operations, and be accountable for the accuracy of stock records and the safe custody of all stock items. You will also carry out physical stock counts as and when required.
