RE Recruitment Group is assisting a Stonehouse-based precision engineering client to recruit a Stores Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves moving items to the production line, tracking stock, and maintaining records while learning and growing in a hands-on environment.

The successful candidate will have good organisation, basic Excel skills, reliability and a proactive attitude, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Distributing products and materials to the production line, including lifting up to 25kg.
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are available when required.
• Checking deliveries and updating delivery and tracking information.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and spreadsheets.
• Supporting the wider team with general stores, stock, logistics and administration duties.
