Job description

gap personnel are an employment agency supporting their client with a Stores Assistant role.

Job Location

Just outside of Wrexham.

Responsibilities

1. Using scanners to locate the correct items for shipment and to ensure inventory is managed accurately.
2. Safely picking items from shelves.
3. Packaging completed orders in protective bubble wrap and cardboard boxes to protect them during shipment.
4. Completing necessary invoicing or paperwork to allow efficient tracking of orders.
5. Unloading deliveries from delivery lorries and assisting with the distribution of goods to their correct storage locations.
6. Restocking shelves using items from storage areas to ensure inventories are always full.
7. Meeting picking speed and efficiency targets as specified by Supervisors.
8. Performing warehouse cleaning duties if necessary.

Working Hours

Day shift, 8 hours, with an early finish on Fridays.

Contract Type

This is a temp-to-perm role.
