Key Responsibilities
  • Creating memorable customer experiences through authentic service.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers, educating them on products, and building rapport.
  • Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
  • Managing cash and adhering to security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by informing about upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing product knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
