Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Stores Administrator for their Doncaster operation on a major rail contract. The role offers a starting salary up to £30k, day shifts, and long-term prospects within a stable, well-established business.

You'll administer goods inwards, maintain stock records, support stock checks, and liaise with purchasing and other departments. The team emphasises a supportive culture and opportunities to develop within a growing enterprise.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/stock control systems.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with other departments.
• Ability to work independently and support the Stores Manager.

Responsibilities

• Admin of goods inwards and booking-in materials.
• Maintain stock records and document control.
• Support stock checks and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to resolve issues.
• Cover for other team members during absences.
• Liaise with departments regarding PO, delivery and paperwork.
