Job summary

Sodexo Live! Manchester Airport Terminal 1 is seeking a Storeman for a part-time role. You will manage frozen and chilled deliveries, record temperatures, and ensure stock is stored correctly with strict rotation.

You'll maintain clean storerooms and assist with supplier liaison. The position is 16 hours per week, 7am-3pm on Fridays and Saturdays, offering a supportive team environment at a busy international transport hub.

Qualifications

• Kitchen experience required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work on own initiative within a team.

Responsibilities

• Take and record all frozen and chilled delivery temperatures.
• Store deliveries correctly and rotate stock; prioritize refrigeration.
• Keep storerooms and fridges clean; sweep and mop floors daily.
• Liaise with suppliers to place orders.

What you'll do

• Taking and recording of all frozen and chilled delivery temperature.
• Put all deliveries away in the correct storage areas and ensure that stock is rotated at all times. Refrigeration and frozen deliveries to take priority. Check for any damaged packaging only sign for products that appear in good order and that are on the order sheet.
• Ensure that the storerooms, fridges and freezers and any other storage areas are kept clean and clear at all times, all floors to be swept and mopped daily.
• Liaising with suppliers to place order.
