Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English and a clean UK driving licence are required.
• Experience in maintenance or logistics with inventory control and warehousing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to follow procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate the estates store to ensure timely supply of parts, furniture, fittings, equipment and loan items to maintenance teams.
• Act as local point of contact for maintenance teams, supporting sourcing, purchasing and stock replenishment.
• Receive, check, store and issue stock, tools and equipment accurately and safely.
• Carry out stock takes, inventory control and audits with well-maintained records.
• Manage safe handling and control of hazardous substances with proper documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised store in line with procedures.
