Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Store Director to lead the delivery of the full retail plan across a Worcester store. You will drive commercial, operational and visual performance while empowering a large team to meet ambitious metrics.

You will set the strategy, own change initiatives, and build a high-performance culture through coaching and talent development. Data-driven decisions and omnichannel leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leader of large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Confident across store performance areas: commercial, visual, operations and people.
• Clear, direct communicator with the ability to drive tough decisions and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance.
• Set strategy for the store and ensure colleagues know their part and are held to account.
• Own the change agenda and land transformation initiatives with clarity and pace.
• Build a high-performance culture by coaching managers and growing talent.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunities, make fast, confident decisions, and improve profit and service.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability to sell across all platforms.
• Represent the store voice and ensure follow-through on improvements.
• Create an exceptional customer journey through standards, visual merchandising and diverse teams.
