Marks & Spencer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own the end-to-end operation of a Worcester-area store. You will lead from the front, drive the retail plan, and create an environment where customers love to shop and colleagues are proud to work.

You will excel at building high-performing teams, leveraging data insights, and delivering transformation with pace, while maintaining exceptional standards, service and profitability across all store areas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to drive delivery of the full retail plan with standards and impact.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial, operational, visual and people performance.
• Set the strategy and direction for the store and hold colleagues to account for delivery.
• Own the change agenda and land transformation initiatives with clarity and pace.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching and talent development.
• Use data to unlock opportunities and drive profit, service, and efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability across platforms and channels.
