Job summary

TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, invites you to join our team as a Store Team Member for the Christmas period at Patons Mill, Johnstone. You will deliver excellent customer service, handle till duties, and help keep shelves stocked and appealing.

This is a fixed-term role ending by 24 December 2026, with shifts up to 16 hours per week and weekend availability. Applicants should be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and multiple store areas, including café or garden centres as

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential for a friendly shopping environment.
• Cash handling and till operation experience is required.
• Experience in a retail setting helps with product availability and standards.
• Stock replenishment and stock rotation knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm.
• Support teammates to maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Handle tills and cash transactions when required.
• Assist with stocking, stock presentation, and rotation across departments.
• Be available for the Christmas period from 27 Oct to 24 Dec 2025 and weekends.
