Job summary

Home Bargains in Plymouth is seeking Store Team Members for a fixed-term Christmas period. The role offers 20 hours weekly with early shifts from 5am to 9am. Multiple positions available, ending no later than 24 December 2026, with weekends required.

The job focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stocking, cash handling, and ensuring a welcoming store environment during the busy season.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Home Bargains on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock replenishment, shelf presentation, and store cleanliness.
• Operate tills and handle cash transactions as required.
• Support diverse store areas (Café, Bakery, garden centres) as needed.

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+).
• 20 x hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 5am - 9am
• This is a fixed term contract ending no later than Thursday 24 December 2026
