Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking Store Team Members for the Christmas period to provide outstanding customer service and help customers find great bargains. You will be the face of the store, greeting customers with a warm smile and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Roles include assisting with product queries, stocking shelves, handling cash at tills, and contributing to a clean, well-presented shop floor across multiple departments, including Café and Garden Centre areas.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate a good understanding of customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and working in a retail environment.
• Experience in manual handling and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

We take pride in our excellent store standards, and you will play a crucial role in delivering this for our customers every day. Your role is vital in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a prompt and enjoyable shopping experience, making you an indispensable part of the Home Bargains community.

Package

Salary & Hours

• £12.71 per hour (18-20), £13.00 per hour (21+).

16 hours per week. Must be available to work between the hours of 6am - 10am

This is a fixed term contract ending no later than day Thursday 24 December 2026
