Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking Store Team Members for a festive, fixed-term role at Tritton Retail Park in Lincoln. This part-time position covers up to 16 hours weekly, with shifts from 5am to 9am during the Christmas period.

Pay starts at £12.71 per hour for younger colleagues and £13.00 per hour for those 21+, with a 16-hour weekly pattern. The role requires weekend availability, a focus on customer service, cash handling experience, and a reliable, professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Home Bargains, delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm.
• Support fellow team members, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Operate tills, handle cash, and assist in different store areas (Café, Bakery, garden centre).
• Be available for the Christmas period from 27 Oct to 24 Dec 2025.
• Contribute to a welcoming shopping experience and high store standards.
