Job summary

Tesco UK in Glasgow is seeking a Team Manager to lead the in-store team and deliver a great customer experience. You will manage daily shifts, coordinate tasks and ensure store standards are met.

You will recruit and train colleagues, coach them to be product knowledgeable, monitor safety and compliance, and use insights to improve sales and service while supporting the Store Change Plan.
