Job summary

Co-op store is seeking a Customer Team Leader to lead a small team on shift, delivering essential services to the community. You may work in our post office or bakery, or support online services and home deliveries, helping life run more smoothly for customers.

You will keep shelves stocked, support sales, and promote Co-op membership while guiding your team to provide great service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team on shift and deliver customer service.
• Comfort with flexible hours and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
• Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
• Champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth.
