The Coffee House in Leeds is hiring a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent guest experiences. You will lead by example, welcome customers and ensure a friendly atmosphere while managing day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, handling queries, preparing and serving coffee and food to brand standards, operating the till, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.

• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food to brand standards.
• Operate till, handle payments and end-of-shift cashing up.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and health standards.
• Monitor stock levels and place daily orders.
• Support team during busy periods for smooth service.
• Guide and develop the team through coaching and training.
• Step up to Store Manager when needed and manage lone-working.
