Job summary

The Coffee House is hiring a Team Leader in Hull for full-time hours (minimum 35 hours per week) with a pay rate of £13.55 per hour. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic Team Leader with ability to support the Store Manager and develop the team.
• Experience in hospitality retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a friendly, positive first impression.
• Handle customer queries and feedback, coaching the team.
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks and food to brand standards.
• Oversee till operations and end-of-shift cashing up.
• Maintain store cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and place daily orders.
• Develop and coach the team, supporting progression.
• Step up to Store Manager role when needed.
• Undertake lone-working responsibilities and opening/closing.
