Summary
£14.65 - £15.15 per hour | 40-hour contract | 30-35 days holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave

What you'll do
  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks
  • Create an environment where colleagues can succeed
  • Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
  • Provide excellent customer experiences every visit
What you'll need
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
  • Patience and friendliness, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
  • A proactive, encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations
