In return, we’ll offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being and work-life balance.

What you'll do
Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Provide excellent customer service every time customers visit your store.
What you'll need
Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team.
Patience and a friendly manner, with the ability to stay calm in any situation.
Passion to be a key part of the Store Team.
A proactive and encouraging approach to help colleagues develop.
