• Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit using insight and expertise.
• Delivering the Store Change Plan by optimising resources and hours for customer benefit.
• Identifying and resolving root-cause issues with sustainable solutions.
• Prioritising colleague safety and ensuring legal trading through proper safety tools.
