Job summary

• Recruit, train and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Coach the team to be knowledgeable and passionate about products, ensuring range and service.
• Lead trade activity using insights to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Develop knowledge to deliver the Store Change Plan and optimise resource use.
• Identify and resolve root-cause issues with sustainable solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading with safety tools.
