Card Factory is seeking a friendly Team Leader to energise our store, support the Store Manager, and keep the team motivated so every customer leaves with what they came in for. You’ll step in when the Store Manager is away, ensuring smooth operations and a positive store atmosphere.

You’ll lead daily store activities, drive sales, coach colleagues, and foster an inclusive, high‑energy culture while maintaining strong store performance and customer focus.
