Job summary

Home Bargains is seeking a Store Team Leader to drive daily performance and lead a busy store in North Shields. You will oversee colleagues, ensure great customer service, and maintain store standards.

You will guide training, support development, and work with the management team to achieve targets while delivering a welcoming shopping environment for customers. This is a full-time role with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in fast-moving retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to train, coach and develop colleagues to meet store standards.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities
