• Lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience for customers.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues to build a high-performing team.
• Coach the team to be knowledgeable about products and deliver great service.
• Lead trade activity to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Deliver the Store Change Plan, ensuring resources are used where they benefit customers most.
• Identify and resolve root causes with sustainable solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trade by coaching the team on safety tools.
• Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better.
