Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch and lift up to 50 pounds when needed

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports store operations
• Monitors sales data and analyzes trends to improve store performance
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing and coaching team members
• Provides feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and store procedures
• Creates a customer-centric culture and mentors clienteling strategies
• Supports HR and conflict resolution in absence of leadership
