Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Team Leader to support managers, coach the team, and drive sales while meeting store targets. You may work evenings and weekends to cover shifts and ensure excellent customer service.

You will motivate the team, lead from the front, and provide product guidance to customers, handling complaints professionally and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Being a Team Leader with OurCoop is more than operating tills and stacking shelves. You’ll be responsible for providing support to managers, coaching and coordinating the work of the team as well as driving them to increase sales and attain store targets. We strive to be there when our customers need us most and to help us achieve this, your shift pattern may include evenings and weekends.

Some of your key responsibilities as a Team Leader would include:
