The Yorkshire Trading Company is seeking a Part-time Retail Assistant for our Bourne store. You will support the store manager, deputise in their absence, help train staff, maintain displays and stock, and deliver friendly customer service on the shop floor.

You will handle cashing up, price checks, and guide customers to products. The role involves a weekend rota, 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata, a staff discount after induction, and a workplace pension. 24 hours over 3 days.

Formación

• Assist store manager in day-to-day running of the store
• Deputise in absence of Store Manager (key holder)
• Support in training retail colleagues, including cashiers and replenishment team
• Work on store displays, stock rotation, and put away
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues
• Direct customers to racks and counters with great customer service
• Cashing up duties as required
• Ensure pricing is correct
