Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor to help run a busy site and support a team on shift, delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll gain hands-on leadership experience, work with supportive managers, and have flexible hours to fit your life as you progress toward management roles within Welcome Break.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering; ready to step up or already a supervisor/leader on shift.
• Motivate others and lead by example on shift.
• Strong customer service and maintaining high standards.
