Welcome Break in Burtonwood, Warrington is seeking a Customer Service & Cleaning Supervisor on a part-time basis. You will lead the service and facilities team on shift, ensuring smooth operations and high standards for customers.

You will work with supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and enjoy flexible hours that fit around your life. The role is ideal for those with supervisory or Team Leader experience in retail or catering who want to progress into management.

Formación

• Experience in leadership roles within retail or catering environments.
• Strong customer service standards and willingness to develop team skills.

As a Supervisor at Welcome Break in our Customer Service & Facilities team , you’ll play a key role in supporting a busy site, working your team day‑to‑day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
