Welcome Break is seeking a Supervisor for Chopstix and other on-site brands at Charnock Richard Services, Chorley. Immediate start available with flexible full- or part-time hours. Earn up to £13.69 per hour plus a £10 meal allowance per shift, and enjoy perks designed for on-site team members.

You’ll lead a busy site, support your team daily, and help deliver excellent customer experiences while working with supportive managers and flexible shifts that fit your life.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands‑on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
