Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. operates the Cosmetics Company Stores in the UK. As a Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth, efficient running of the store and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.

You will help supervise daily operations, assist with opening and closing procedures, and promote the brand’s products and discounts while maintaining a high standard of customer care. Flexible availability across days is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
