Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Ruchazie store in Glasgow. You will lead a small team, ensure the store is well-stocked and merchandised, and uphold licensing and compliance standards.

Your role includes driving KPIs, managing payroll, and maintaining a welcoming customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience with till operations, cash handling, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in till operations and cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams and motivate others.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, numeracy and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain stock, labelling and merchandising to reflect brand standards.
• Ensure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll.
• Conduct regular stock checks daily, weekly and monthly.
